This beer ticks all the boxes for me for a beer in this category. It's a masterpiece. I hope they make it for years and years. It's a Belgian-style Quad, rye barrel-aged, fermented with figs and molasses. It's faultless, infallible. Like a perfect chocolate chip cookie.
