Matter over mind: look at the thermometer and really ask yourself what 70 degrees is.
It was a ten mile run, and everywhere I went, I saw people dressed like the temperature was in the 40s. It wasn't. I was fine with my shorts and short sleeves and my hands were never cold. It's funny how people can just program themselves that way. I remember even more egregious examples on warm days in a Spanish winter.
