Arroz Meloso

I've never had this. I've heard of Arroz Caldoso, which is essentially paella soup, but this is more like risotto, but with a different rice. I liked it, but I still like regular paella more. I did think the cauldron it came in looked pretty cool though. And this is definitely not an easy-to-find dish. I think only the restaurants known for rice dishes are going to bother.
