Big Lunch

This isn't a lunch I'd be having, at least on a Wednesday, if it weren't for the pandemic.  I'm more of a big dinner person, but once upon a time I ate more at lunch time because I was eating in a cafeteria.  I got delivery from Monsoon Siam of:

• Green chicken curry.
• Fresh rolls with a peanut sauce. This is effectively a salad eaten by hand.

Both were delightful, and I'll enjoy the tingly warmth from the spices and that feeling of fullness all afternoon.  Coconut milk is such a delicious ingredient.
