Buffalo Panini

I got the buffalo chicken panini from Crostini's, it's great as a sandwich, but I'm not sure it's quite accurate as "buffalo". I mean, it tastes a lot like BBQ sauce. I don't think this is the first time I've made this mistake, and it won't be my last. Not a big deal, in fact from Crostini's perspective, they'll probably be glad to hear I'll be back even sooner than planned to get a meatball or italian beef panini.
