Dubbel or Nothing

I like the name, but this was a good beer from Monkless in Bend, OR. I think it's pretty good, but maybe I like some other dubbels more. Any brewery going all-in on the belgian styles is a welcome addition. I'm thinking Ommegang, to a large extent Allagash, The Bruery (sometimes, sorta), locally (Lake Mills) there's Sunshine Brewing... and once upon a time my beloved Ale Asylum had a heavier leaning towards belgian-style beer.

The more the merrier. Plus it just helps the general cause for more belgians on the menus of other breweries as well.  Which is music to my ears.  I don't know how long Monkless have been around, but I've only recently found them around here. I have a soft spot for Oregon beer, and this discovery (among other things) reinforces my desire to travel to Oregon again.  Soon.  Soon-ish.
