Baked Pasta

Cooking then baking pasta is something I do well. Restaurants typically can't get anywhere near my macaroni and cheese. I don't bother ordering that anymore. Baked Rigatoni is a slam dunk too. About 10 years ago, I tweaked this one little by little over the course of 3 years until I felt it was a masterpiece. I'll share recipes another time. For now, this is just a post to file under "eating".

And oh man... the smell that fills the house up. They need to bottle this scent and sell it as perfume.
