Mac and Cheese Pizza
I think the first I had the Mac and Cheese was in the late 1990s.
There are a lot of imitators (mostly excellent ones too), but the King is definitely Ian's. And not to diminish Ian's in any way, but it's by far their masterpiece. I think the first I had the Mac and Cheese was in the late 1990s. At the time, Mac and Cheese pizza was quite a novelty. Nowadays, it's pretty normal, especially in Madison.
