Only One Person Upset
People everywhere were smiling.
The home opener, the first game in eons, was pretty disappointing. The last 5 seconds of the game lasted about 12 min. The Radicals were up by one with a few seconds left. Then they got a D... or so we thought. Instead it was a foul. Then another foul, and another. I don't know all what happened: it wasn't making sense. It really just seemed like Madison weren't happy with just winning, they wanted to give Minnesota 14 tries to tie it and send it to overtime. And sure enough, that's what happened.
Like 5 people cared. The vibe overall was just happy. People everywhere were smiling. The weather was perfect and I think just being there was scratching itches all across the stadium. I was raging and heckling the refs but I got over it.
