This would be a cool house to live in.
The price keeps dropping on this listing, but I imagine it'll sell outside my reach. Oh well. What a cool place that'd be to live though. It seems like a pretty good deal at $625k. I mean that's 6,000 sq ft. Something tells me though that $40k repairs would be routine on a place this old and big, but maybe I'm wrong.
